Getting your animal referred could not be easier. Just follow these few steps.

1. Have your regular veterinarian perform an examination.
2. Tell your veterinarian that you are interested in a referral then discuss how a referral to a specialist would benefit him/her.
3. Obtain a referral form from your veterinarian.
4. Fill out your portion of the referral form.
5. Have your veterinarian fill out their portion of the referral form.  Your veterinarian will be kept informed throughout the referral process.
6. Contact us to set up the appointment!
